Ik werk full-time bij een non-profit in Den Haag die zich richt op internationaal ontwikkelingswerk en het versterken van lokale regeringen in conflict- en ontwikkelingslanden. Als geboren Amsterdammer ben ik enthousiast om op weer op zoek te zijn naar een kamer in Amsterdam nadat ik een hele tijd in Barcelona en Montreal heb gewoond! Als huisgenoot ben ik een sociale, nette, en rustige jongen. Ik hou erg van koken en ben dus zeker vaak te porren voor een goede maaltijd met een drankje erbij. Qua hobbies kan je me vaak vinden in de bergen op een beklimming of in de boulderhal. Ook maak ik veel (analoge) foto's en bak ik brood! Ik werk full-time, dus als huisgenoot zal ik niet altijd thuis zijn. Ik hecht zelf veel waarde aan een fijn thuis. Ik vind het dus fijn om met respect en vriendelijkheid met elkaar te wonen zodat ons huis ook echt een thuis is! Verder ben ik netjes en zal af en toe een goede appeltaart of lasagne maken voor mijn huisgenoten ;) ----- Hello! I'm Mats. I am working full-time at a non-profit in The Hague that focuses on international development work and strengthening local governments in conflict and developing countries. As a native Amsterdammer, I'm excited to be looking for a room in Amsterdam again after living in Barcelona and Montreal for a while! As a roommate, I'm a social and calm guy. I love cooking, so I'm often up for a good meal with a drink. In terms of hobbies, you can often find me climbing in the mountains or at the bouldering gym. I also take a lot of (analog) photos and bake bread! I work full-time, so I won't always be home. I value a nice home atmosphere, so I appreciate living with respect and kindness towards each other to make our house truly feel like home! Additionally, I'm tidy and will occasionally make a good apple pie or lasagna for my housemates ;)

Hoi! Ik ben Nienke, bijna 22 jaar oud, en kom uit Brabant. In september begin ik aan de studie geneeskunde in Utrecht. Ik heb al 2 jaar studentenleven kunnen meemaken, en heb een jaartje in Maastricht op kamers gewoond. Ik weet dus alle do’s en don’ts van het samen wonen met anderen. Ik hou van buiten wandelen of in het zonnetje zitten met misschien een spelletje erbij en leuke muziek. Je hebt als huisgenoot zeker geen last van mij. Ik ben rustig en daarnaast waarschijnlijk vaak aan het studeren. Wel vind ik het leuk om bijvoorbeeld samen even te relaxen of frisse lucht te halen,te koken of gezellig samen klusjes in huis doen. Ook ben ik graag duurzaam bezig en zal ik bijdragen aan een netjes huis met lage energie- en waterkosten :)

I have completed with success my previous education at the King’s College, the British School of Alicante. I have spent a year sharing a flat with no issues at all. I think I'm a very easy going person and, of course, I expect to and am willing to take responsibility for chores around the house like cleaning, cooking etc... I am a very calm, respectful and educated person. Totally respect the space and privacy of others. The most important thing for me, when it comes to renting a room, are the people with whom I am going to share my stay and live with. I don't bring people home, it's not my style. I wake up early around 6am and go to bed early around 10pm. In my free time I like to go out to play sports at the gym or to a park to do cardio. The hours I will have to work during my stay will depend on the job and its schedules, I have several things in mind, but my choice will depend on the conditions and which job interests me most. I speak Spanish and Catalan perfectly, native level. I also speak French at a very high level. And I also speak English at a basic level. I have a Spanish driving license. In addition to working, I would like to take an English course to perfect it and I want to find out about the Yacht Captain and Offshore Yacht Master courses, which I am very interested in. I am aware that Holland has a great nautical activity like Barcelona, and I think it could be great to train there. I have lived alone in an apartment in the center of Barcelona since March 2021 until today. I can prove it with the contract in my name and the monthly payments. I have financial solvency.

My name is Ginevra. I'm studying I.S. in Den Haag and I'm closed to the end of the first year. My room contract is coming to the end, and I’m looking for a new home.
